Since I got all books back from Mettaville I was wondering how I could make this project more interesting.I started sewing the liner for a cover that I made which was bit messy as you can see it in the picture, I then created a book mark with a micromacrame design and waited for new inspiration to arrive.

Just like the other collection, I like to pick up random feathers when i walk in the park or even on our driveway and save them in my alter space. I use them in my creations like bookmarks…then I thought I’ve seen those old antique ink pens with feathers and wondered how they were made. I never knew that the origin of quill pens were simple quills that had been sharpened! It is so simple and make sense, so of course I had to try and make them myself !

I actually didn't expected this pen to be so comfortable to write with, but it works! So I also added a small bottle of Japanese ink called ‘‘ Bokujyu Sumi ’’ in this kit so you can actually use this quill pen to write with :)
